We’re excited to share the latest progress from our team at GA Interiors Ltd on this important new SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) educational development.
The project involves delivering a two-storey steel-framed facility tailored for specialised learning, supported by additional external works including a new MUGA and substation. These additions will help create a modern, well-equipped space for those who will use it in the future.
Our team is currently progressing well with several key elements on site, including:
• Installation of Siniat Weather Defence Board with EPDM applied to all expansion and movement joints to ensure a strong and weather-resistant external envelope.
• Steel frame slab insulation installed to all steels that will become inaccessible once the Siniat board is in place – improving thermal performance long-term.
• Trapezoidal insulation fitted to match the roof decking profile, helping prevent cold bridging and enhancing overall energy efficiency.
We’re proud to contribute to a project that will have such a positive community impact, and we look forward to sharing more updates as works progress.
