We’re on site delivering the drywall, SFS, suspended ceilings and acoustic package Leisure Complex & Healthy Living Centre extension.

The spec is unforgiving in the right places.

Independent wall lining (IWL-1) built off 70mm Siniat “I” studs with twin-layer 12.5mm boarding and Flat Straps FS90/W to every horizontal joint.

Column encasements to Siniat RCE-003, up to 3.8m high, on clip-fixed twin-board buildups. Moisture-resistant boarding zoned precisely where wet areas meet dry.

And a continuous 6mm bead of Siniat Intumescent Acoustic Sealant around every frame perimeter, because a partition’s fire and acoustic performance lives or dies at the junctions, not the field of board.

Overhead, it’s lay-in tile ceilings (including Rockfon Blanka in the wet zones) alongside engineered acoustic ceiling treatment tuned for reverberation control across the sports hall – all sequenced tightly around structural steel, ductwork and M&E first fix.

That’s the level of detail we bring to a T1 package: analyze the spec, coordinate the trades, and get the junctions right the first time.

Photography Is How We Tell the Story of Every Space We Create

Every interior project we take on ends the same way – not with the last piece of furniture set down, not with the final coat drying, but with a camera. Someone stepping back, waiting for the light to settle, and deciding how the room should be remembered.

We’ve come to think of interior photography less as documentation and more as the final act of design. A space can be beautifully composed – proportion, material, and light all working together – but until it’s seen, really seen, it hasn’t finished saying what it was built to say. The photograph is where a designed room stops being a collection of decisions and starts being a place.

Good Photography Makes Good Work Memorable

We think this matters more than it might seem to. A well-designed space that’s poorly photographed gets forgotten. A well-photographed space, even a modest one, gets remembered – and remembered spaces are the ones that end up shaping what a client, or a visitor, or a future collaborator imagines is possible for their own home.

See the Work

So when we share our interior projects, we’re not just showing you finished rooms. We’re showing you the story of how light, material, and space came together – told the only way we know how to tell it properly.

GA Interiors is delivering structural steel framing (SFS) and full internal fit-out works for Main Contractor Vistry Group, at Meridian 2, a landmark affordable housing development on Leeside Road in Enfield.

About the Project

Meridian 2 brings 274 new affordable homes to Enfield as part of a £92 million development delivered by Vistry Group, in partnership with Enfield Council and Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH). The scheme forms part of a wider push to increase the supply of high-quality, affordable housing across North London, giving local residents access to well-built, modern homes in a well-connected part of the borough.

GA Interiors’ Scope of Works

Working closely with Vistry Group’s site teams, GA Interiors carried out:

  • Structural steel framing (SFS) installation across the development, forming the framework for internal partitions and drylining
  • Full internal fit-out, including drylining, boarding and associated finishes throughout the residential units and communal areas

Our teams coordinated closely with the wider project programme to maintain quality and pace across a multi-phase residential build – helping keep Meridian 2 on track for the families who will call these homes their own.

Supporting Affordable Housing Across London

Projects like Meridian 2 sit at the heart of what GA Interiors does best: delivering reliable, high-quality SFS and internal fit-out packages on large-scale residential and affordable housing schemes. Partnering with main contractors such as Vistry Group, and working alongside councils and housing associations, we help bring much-needed homes to communities across London and the South East.

SFS & Fit Out Packages That Save Time and Money

Main contractors across London and the UK are under constant pressure to protect margins, hold programme dates, and deliver quality that stands up to scrutiny. At GA Interiors, we help make that possible – from the earliest design stage through to final handover.

Value Engineering That Saves Real Money

Cost overruns often start long before the first stud is fixed. Our team works alongside main contractors during pre-construction to identify smarter specifications, more efficient build sequences, and material choices that reduce waste — without compromising on finish or compliance. The result is a package that’s leaner from day one, not one that’s cut back under pressure later.

Site Coordination That Keeps Programmes on Track

Delays rarely come from one single issue — they build up from poor sequencing, late information, and gaps between trades. We embed ourselves in the programme, coordinating closely with site teams to keep our packages moving in step with the wider build. That means fewer clashes, fewer stoppages, and a main contractor who can trust the dates in the plan.

SFS & Full Internal Fit-Out, Delivered to a Higher Standard

Our core strength is steel framing systems (SFS) and full internal fit-out packages, covering drywall, plastering, fire stopping, suspended ceilings, screeding, and render. We deliver these packages across London and the wider UK on residential, commercial, and technical projects, backed by a team that understands what main contractors need: quality workmanship, clear communication, and a partner who takes ownership of their package.

A Partner for Main Contractors

Whether you’re planning a scheme or already on site and need a reliable SFS and fit-out partner, GA Interiors is ready to help you build faster, smarter, and within budget.

St Catherine’s hospice Christmas carol December 2023

It’s not quite the season yet, but we couldn’t wait to look back on this precious moment.

St Catherine’s hospice. That provides palliative and end-of-life care for adults with terminal illnesses

Barnes Construction and our builders on site at the new St Catherine’s Hospice in Crawley coming together to sing a Christmas carol as the project reached completion (December 2023).

Scope of GA Interiors on the project was:

Huge thank you to Barnes and everyone involved for the trust and collaboration that made this such a meaningful build.

Façade remediation projects rarely arrive with a clean slate.

GA Interiors supports clients and main contractors in addressing complex building safety defects, from non-compliant insulation and missing cavity barriers to combustible cladding systems and unresolved EWS1 requirements.

Our façade remediation services cover design coordination, façade interfaces, penetrations, compartmentation and fire stopping, through to compliant handover. We work with the requirements of Gateway 2, the Golden Thread and the Building Safety Act 2022, helping ensure remediation works are properly coordinated, documented and delivered.

Every project is assessed through our Competence Management System and supported by our BQMS, ISO certifications, CHAS Elite and Constructionline Gold.

If your building has an outstanding façade remediation requirement, GA Interiors can help take it from design coordination through to compliant completion.

Back to projects

At GA Interiors, our commitment to clients and communities extends well beyond drylining, SFS and ceilings. On every project we deliver – across London, the South East and East Anglia – we invest in the people and places around our sites: creating apprenticeship opportunities, inspiring the next generation into construction careers, giving our time to local causes, fundraising for charity, and channelling spend and jobs back into the local economy.

We believe a contractor’s value is measured not only in the quality of the build, but in the legacy it leaves behind. This is our social value commitment in action.

At a glance:

  • £1.8m+ channelled back into the local economy through local spend and labour
  • £20k+ given to charity, fundraising challenges and local sponsorships
  • 200+ students engaged across 4 schools through our careers-in-construction programme
  • 2 apprentices currently on a 24-month structured career path

Apprenticeships & Training

GA Interiors offers structured, mentored apprenticeship placements that give young people a genuine route into a skilled trade – combining real site experience with day-release qualification training.

We currently have 2 apprentices working towards their Interior Systems Installer (L2) qualification based on our Meridian 2 site in Enfield and training. It’s part of a wider effort to build a sustainable pipeline of skilled tradespeople for the interior systems and dry lining sector.

Careers Education

Our team regularly visits local schools to talk to students about career pathways into construction – from apprenticeships through to site management. In 2025 alone, Ieva Usavic and Charlie Dann delivered our careers programme to over 200 students across 4 schools, including Harris Academy Wimbledon, St George’s C of E School and St John’s Catholic Comprehensive School.

We’re proud to help open students’ eyes to a career in the built environment at an age when most haven’t yet considered it.

Community Volunteering

Using the same trade skills we bring to site, our team volunteers directly with local causes. In partnership with Sustainable Merton, we helped rebuild Merton’s Community Fridge at Morden Baptist Church – dismantling an old plywood structure, reusing materials where possible, fitting new shelving, and leaving the space ready for the next stage of improvement. The Community Fridge redistributes surplus food to reduce waste and support families across the borough.

“Being able to contribute to something that makes such a positive impact in the local community was a truly rewarding experience.” — GA Interiors team

Charitable Giving & Sponsorship

We back the causes that matter to our people and our sites. Recent fundraising and giving includes:

  • The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge – a 24-mile hike across Yorkshire’s highest peaks in support of Age UK Merton
  • The Bewl Water Half Marathon, raising funds for Friends for Families (Sevenoaks)
  • A direct donations to Wimbledon Foodbank
  • Ongoing sponsorship of Sevenoaks Football Academy, supporting youth sport in our home community

Together with fundraising challenges and local sponsorships, GA Interiors has given over £20,000 to charitable and community causes.

Local Spend & Local Labour

Wherever practical, we source materials through builders’ merchants local to site and resource our projects with locally based tradespeople and specialist subcontractors – reducing transport miles, cutting down on travel, and reinvesting skilled work into the site’s home borough.

We also partner with local construction skills academies, including the Vistry Enfield Construction Skills Academy, to recruit and train talent directly from the communities we build in – creating a pipeline of local labour for our sites and our wider supply chain. Combined, our local spend and labour commitment has channelled over £1.8 million back into the local economy.

Accredited, Certified, Committed

Our social value commitment sits alongside our formal accreditations: ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 45001 (Health & Safety), Constructionline, CHAS, SSIP and Cyber Essentials. It’s backed by a dedicated Sustainability and Environmental Policy and recognised through our Social Values accreditation.

Partner With a Contractor That Invests in People and Place

Social value delivered through apprenticeships, careers education, volunteering, charitable giving and local spend – on every project we deliver. If social value forms part of your procurement scoring or your business’ own community commitments, we’d welcome the conversation.

Certified Fire Stopping Services for Main Contractors and Developers

GA Interiors is a UK-based passive fire protection contractor specialising in fire stopping services for commercial, residential, and hospitality developments. We work directly with main contractors, developers, and building owners to ensure fire compartmentation is installed correctly, certified, and fully compliant with UK Building Regulations (Approved Document B).

From service penetration seals to fire batt installation, our certified fire stopping teams protect buildings against the spread of fire and smoke — safeguarding both life safety and asset value.

Our Fire Stopping Services Include

  • Fire batt installation – rigid fire-rated insulation batts fitted around structural steelwork, risers, and ceiling voids to maintain compartmentation integrity
  • Fire sock and fire-rated fabric barrier installation – flexible fire barrier wraps to duct and pipe penetrations passing through fire-rated walls, floors, and ceilings
  • Penetration sealing systems – collaroll sheets and high-temperature adhesive sealants for cables, pipes, and ductwork penetrations
  • Fire-rated mastics and sealants to joints, gaps, and linear fire stopping applications
  • Supporting and clamping angle installation to secure fire barrier systems in accordance with manufacturer specification
  • Remedial fire stopping surveys to identify and correct compartmentation breaches in existing buildings

Why Main Contractors and Developers Choose GA Interiors

Certified installation. All fire stopping works are carried out to manufacturer specification using third-party certified systems, including FireFly fire barrier products. Every installation is designed to perform as tested – not approximated on site.

Trained, experienced fire stopping teams. Our installers are trained specifically in passive fire protection, understanding the critical detailing that inspectors and building control officers look for: correctly dressed penetrations, properly fitted batts, and sealed junctions that hold up under scrutiny.

Full site compliance support. We provide photographic evidence, installation records, and certification documentation to support building control sign-off, golden thread compliance, and fire risk assessments.

Reliable programme delivery. We understand fire stopping is often a critical-path trade on live construction programmes. Our teams work efficiently alongside other trades without compromising installation quality.

Recent Project: Fire Stopping Works at a UK Hotel

GA Interiors recently completed extensive passive fire protection works at a hotel development in the UK, installing the FireFly Apollo Lite fire barrier system across service risers and ceiling voids. Scope of works included fire-rated fabric barrier (fire sock) installation to duct penetrations, fire-rated insulation batt installation, and penetration sealing to collaroll sheets, all fixed and sealed to manufacturer specification.

This project reflects the standard we bring to every site: certified materials, trained installers, and compartmentation that performs when it matters most.

Passive Fire Protection Is Not an Area to Compromise On

Poorly installed or missing fire stopping is one of the most common defects identified in fire risk assessments and building safety audits – and one of the most serious. Whether you are a main contractor managing subcontract packages or a developer delivering a new build, getting fire stopping right the first time protects your project, your building, and the people who use it.
