GA Interiors Ltd is delivering outstanding Steel Framing System works in partnership with Vistry Group, using highquality frames from voestalpine Metsec plc, the UK’s leading SFS manufacturer. The system’s lightweight, cold‑rolled steel components help us hit programme targets efficiently, while offering the structural strength and flexibility modern builds demand.
Our scope includes full SFS installation, with EPDM membrane detailing at critical junctions to secure long-term performance and weatherproofing.
Partnering with Metsec ensures our frames are precisely engineered off-site and assembled on-site, minimising waste and maximising build speed.

GA Interiors is proud to be contributing to the delivery of a high-performance data centre facility in London, supporting infrastructure with precision and expertise.
We are currently on-site carrying out key internal works using British Gypsum systems, known for their industry-leading quality and reliability – ideal for the demands of this complex environment. This facility will bring together advanced security, control, and office spaces under one roof, supporting seamless operations and enhanced communication in high-pressure situations.
As part of our package, GA Interiors is responsible for:
- Installation of British Gypsum metal stud partitions and ceilings
- Construction of a shaftwall system for fire and acoustic performance
- Formation of metal frames to support architectural and functional layouts
- Future installation of feature timber ceilings, adding a natural and refined finish to the interior space
This project also reflects a strong commitment to sustainability, with the building targeting BREEAM Excellent standards. We’re proud to play a part in shaping this cutting-edge environment and look forward to sharing further progress soon.
Home > > GA Interiors Secures New Project
We’re pleased to announce that GA Interiors Ltd has been awarded the drylining and fire stopping packages for a new residential development in London.
This £5.4 million scheme involves the construction of a three-story, concrete-framed building comprising eight apartments, two guest rooms, and communal areas, including a prayer room and solarium. The project will also feature external landscaping and drainage works.
We look forward to collaborating with the client’s design team.
Works are due to commence this September, with a 62-week construction programme.

We’re not shy about it — the GA Interiors team is strong, proud, and always ready for a challenge.
This week, our team took that spirit to the pitch at the Vistry London Division 5-a-side Charity Football Tournament, held at the iconic Leyton Orient FC. The event brought together supply chain partners for an evening of friendly competition, community spirit, and most importantly, fundraising in support of Cancer Research UK.
At GA Interiors, we believe in working hard together — whether on construction sites or out at events like this. It was a fantastic evening full of energy, teamwork, and a great cause at the heart of it all.
A huge thank you to Vistry Group for hosting such a well-organised and meaningful event. We were proud to take part and help raise funds for life-saving cancer research.

We’re really pleased to share that GA Interiors Ltd has been shortlisted for the Drylining – Residential Award at the Finishes and Interiors Sector Awards 2025 with Eastern Quarry, Ebbsleet project.
A big thank you to our Contracts Manager Tadas Chlostauskas, Site Manager Minvydas Beniusis, and the whole team for their hard work and commitment. And of course, thanks to FIS for recognising the effort that’s gone into this project.
It’s a great reflection of the teamwork on site and the strong collaboration with Vistry Group, who’ve been fantastic as the main contractor throughout.

Great to see our new estimator Inga Cernecke out on site at Colliers Wood, joined by Site Manager Mihail Untila and Quantity Surveyor Donatas Miglinas.
Inga holds a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering and brings a real passion for both the technical and practical side of construction. She’s excited to get stuck in, learn more about our projects, and put her knowledge into action across GA Interiors sites.
We’re proud of our warm and supportive team culture – we share knowledge, support one another, and help each other grow professionally.
New team members are always welcomed with open arms and guided every step of the way.

Yesterday, GA Interiors had the pleasure of attending a fantastic careers event at Harris Academy Wimbledon.
Charlie and Ieva were proud to represent the company and introduce students to some of the many exciting roles in the construction industry.
While many students were familiar with traditional roles like painters and bricklayers, it was eye-opening to see how little is known about other key positions – such as Estimators, Quantity Surveyors, and Buyers.
It was a great opportunity to open young minds to the wide range of career paths available in construction, and hopefully inspire some future talent to join our industry!

Yesterday, our Contracts Managers Tadas Chlostauskas and Tadas G attended the Finishes and Interiors Sector Steel Framed Systems Working Group in London.
Thank you to all the speakers – Iain McIlwee, Drew Fentiman, Peter Wickland, James Parlour and others – who shared valuable insights on the latest SFS updates and regulations – from health & safety best practices to the government’s response to the Grenfell Inquiry, changes to fire regulations, and the future of SFS design.
A great event bringing the industry together to raise standards and drive improvement.
Home > > First Show Houses at Rochester Riverside
We’re proud to share that GA Interiors is continuing to make great strides at Rochester Riverside, where Phase 7 of the £419m regeneration scheme—delivered in partnership with Countryside Partnerships. This phase will bring 154 new homes to the area, contributing to the wider vision of delivering up to 1,400 properties.
Exciting news: the first showhouses are now complete!
Our team has already delivered the full drylining package, including boarding to ceilings, metal partitions, and more. As works progress, we’ll also be undertaking the SFS with external boarding, as well as screeding and rendering—ensuring robust structure and finish across the development.

This morning GA Interiors management visited one of our exciting projects in Colliers Wood, where we are proudly delivering the SFS and Drylining packages in partnership with Hill Group UK.
The visit was a great opportunity to not only review the progress made so far on-site, but also to discuss the next stages of the project. Together, we outlined the key actions needed to move forward efficiently and deliver the best possible results.
Clear planning, open communication, and a shared commitment to quality are what drive successful outcomes – and that’s exactly what this visit reinforced.
