Vistry Group hosted a supply chain event in London for the Meridian 2 project, bringing together all contractor teams to openly discuss production, commercial, and design aspects of the scheme.
It was a great opportunity to connect, share insights, and transparently explore challenges, wins, and future coordination to ensure the best possible project outcomes.
