GA Interiors team took on a Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge this past Saturday, 6th September. Scaling three mountains in just 12 hours to raise funds for Age UK Merton.
A charity dedicated to tackling social isolation among older people through vital services such as social care, welfare support, home assistance, and community centres.
Starting at 6am, our team of 18 people, tackled the Yorkshire Three Peaks: Pen-y-ghent, Whernside, and Ingleborough, covering a total distance of 24 miles (38.6 km). It was a tough but rewarding day.
A huge thank you to our director, Svajunas(Younis) L MsC ,MCIOB, who is always up for a challenge and inspires the entire team to do incredible things together.
This challenge was also part of our commitment to supporting Hill Group UK’s Social Values Action Plan, reflecting the importance of teamwork and giving back to community.

Home > > GA Interiors to Deliver Drylining and Plastering for Paradigm Housing’s £6.8M Project
We’re proud to announce that LIFE Build Solutions Limited has awarded us the drylining and plastering package for the exciting new Desborough Road development in High Wycombe, delivered for Paradigm Housing.
This £6.8M scheme will deliver 22 high-quality homes, including affordable rental and shared ownership properties, helping to meet local housing needs and supporting the growth of the community.
Our scope of works will include:
- Installation of internal partitions and noggins
- Application of plywood to internal wall areas
- Placement of insulation within joists
- Installation of plasterboard systems
- Closing up of ceilings and wall voids
- Full plastering works, including required drying periods
With works starting in October 2025, we’re set to apply our knowledge, attention to detail, and teamwork to ensure project success.

GA Interiors has been appointed to deliver the full SFS package for a new two-storey educational facility that will also include a modern sports hall. This specialist school will provide vital support for pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs, creating a safe and nurturing environment that inspires a love of learning.
Our scope includes designing and installing a bespoke SFS solution with a unique insulation method to accommodate the building’s striking circular windows, ensuring thermal continuity and airtightness without compromising the architectural intent.
From a technical perspective, the project targets a BREEAM Excellent rating, with strict requirements for responsible sourcing, waste management, and energy efficiency. Prefabrication will also be used to improve quality control and speed up construction, aligning with the client’s net zero carbon ambitions.
This combination of sustainable design and precise engineering will not only deliver exceptional performance but also create a lasting, positive impact for the community.

Another important step forward for GA Interiors Ltd.
We’ve been selected to deliver the screeding and drylining packages on a new National Highways maintenance compound, a facility designed to keep the country’s roads safe, operational and resilient all year round.
Located in Swindon and operated by the Highways Agency (Department for Transport), the compound spans around 1,185 m². It may be modest in size, but it’s a hub of vital activity, supporting network resilience and emergency response.
Our aim in delivering drylining package is about creating durable, fire-safe walls and ceilings that perform under pressure and stand the test of time.
By delivering screeding we want to ensure strength, load-bearing capacity and long-term safety for the operational demands of heavy-use facilities.

We’re pleased to share a significant update from our work at Meridian 2, a landmark regeneration project transforming urban living, managed by main contractor Vistry Group.
Our team has been advancing steadily on site, delivering Steel Framing Systems, soffit insulation, and high quality welfare facilities, all helping to establish a robust foundation for this 274 home development.
GA Interiors Ltd has now been awarded the drylining package for the scheme.
This scope will be instrumental in shaping the interiors of the new homes, ensuring they meet the highest standards for quality, sustainability, and visual appeal.

It’s a demanding route, with long distances, challenging ascents, and weather that can turn quickly.
We’re taking on this challenge to contribute to and support our community.
Age UK Merton is often the lifeline for older people, providing not just practical help, but a friendly face, a listening ear, and a reason to feel connected to the world around them.
For many, it’s the difference between facing each day alone and knowing someone cares.

GA Interiors Ltd have been awarded the drylining and passive fire‑stopping packages for a prestigious new residential development in London. This £5.4 million concrete‑framed scheme comprises eight apartments, two guest rooms, and shared communal facilities including a prayer room and solarium, with external landscaping and drainage works also included.
We operate across London, the South East and East of England, GA Interiors has cemented its reputation as a fast‑growing leader in quality drylining, steel framing (SFS), suspended ceilings, screeding, plastering, and fire‑stop solutions.
With more than 150 skilled professionals and over 20 large-scale projects completed in the region, we pride ourselves on precision, safety, and innovative project delivery .
Home > > Project Reflection: Travelodge Chiswick with Barnes Construction
Earlier this year, GA Interiors Ltd completed the internal fit-out package for a new six-storey, 113-bedroom Travelodge on Chiswick High Road, delivered in collaboration with Barnes Construction.
Our works included drylining, suspended ceilings, fire protection systems, and tape and jointing—each installed in line with current building regulations and performance requirements. Party walls were constructed to meet acoustic and fire-resistance standards, while MF and grid ceilings were fitted to accommodate M&E services and allow for future maintenance.
We also coordinated the installation of prefabricated bathroom pods, ensuring precise alignment within the structural framework. Fire protection works were carried out using British Gypsum-approved systems, supporting the building’s overall fire strategy.
The project was completed in April 2025 and forms part of Travelodge’s new premium hotel offering, designed to meet high standards of comfort, safety, and sustainability.
