This September, our team will take on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge, a demanding route across Pen-y-ghent, Whernside, and Ingleborough.
It’s a demanding route, with long distances, challenging ascents, and weather that can turn quickly.
We’re taking on this challenge to contribute to and support our community.
Age UK Merton is often the lifeline for older people, providing not just practical help, but a friendly face, a listening ear, and a reason to feel connected to the world around them.
For many, it’s the difference between facing each day alone and knowing someone cares.

GA Interiors Ltd have been awarded the drylining and passive fire‑stopping packages for a prestigious new residential development in London. This £5.4 million concrete‑framed scheme comprises eight apartments, two guest rooms, and shared communal facilities including a prayer room and solarium, with external landscaping and drainage works also included.
We operate across London, the South East and East of England, GA Interiors has cemented its reputation as a fast‑growing leader in quality drylining, steel framing (SFS), suspended ceilings, screeding, plastering, and fire‑stop solutions.

Home > > Project Reflection: Travelodge Chiswick with Barnes Construction
Earlier this year, GA Interiors Ltd completed the internal fit-out package for a new six-storey, 113-bedroom Travelodge on Chiswick High Road, delivered in collaboration with Barnes Construction.
Our works included drylining, suspended ceilings, fire protection systems, and tape and jointing—each installed in line with current building regulations and performance requirements. Party walls were constructed to meet acoustic and fire-resistance standards, while MF and grid ceilings were fitted to accommodate M&E services and allow for future maintenance.
We also coordinated the installation of prefabricated bathroom pods, ensuring precise alignment within the structural framework. Fire protection works were carried out using British Gypsum-approved systems, supporting the building’s overall fire strategy.
The project was completed in April 2025 and forms part of Travelodge’s new premium hotel offering, designed to meet high standards of comfort, safety, and sustainability.

Home > > Stratford Update: Tape and Jointing Taking Shape
Works are progressing well at the new 151-room Travelodge in Stratford, with tape and jointing steadily advancing through the upper floors.
Level 4 has been particularly challenging due to the complexity of the external wall lining, full of corners, slopes and angles. It’s taken real care and attention to detail from our team, and they’ve done a brilliant job. Most rooms are now coated, with only a few minor snags identified – a great reflection of the quality being delivered.
Level 3 is also coming along nicely, with the same high standards clearly visible throughout.
We’re proud to be delivering this package for our long-standing client, Barnes Construction – continuing a strong and trusted working relationship.
The project is being built to BREEAM ‘Excellent’ standard and will feature Travelodge’s new premium look and feel, including a stylish bar café to offer guests a relaxing and modern space to eat and unwind.
We’re also pleased to be using British Gypsum materials across the site, supporting quality and consistency in every room.

GA Interiors Ltd is delivering outstanding Steel Framing System works in partnership with Vistry Group, using highquality frames from voestalpine Metsec plc, the UK’s leading SFS manufacturer. The system’s lightweight, cold‑rolled steel components help us hit programme targets efficiently, while offering the structural strength and flexibility modern builds demand.
Our scope includes full SFS installation, with EPDM membrane detailing at critical junctions to secure long-term performance and weatherproofing.
Partnering with Metsec ensures our frames are precisely engineered off-site and assembled on-site, minimising waste and maximising build speed.

GA Interiors is proud to be contributing to the delivery of a high-performance data centre facility in London, supporting infrastructure with precision and expertise.
We are currently on-site carrying out key internal works using British Gypsum systems, known for their industry-leading quality and reliability – ideal for the demands of this complex environment. This facility will bring together advanced security, control, and office spaces under one roof, supporting seamless operations and enhanced communication in high-pressure situations.
As part of our package, GA Interiors is responsible for:
- Installation of British Gypsum metal stud partitions and ceilings
- Construction of a shaftwall system for fire and acoustic performance
- Formation of metal frames to support architectural and functional layouts
- Future installation of feature timber ceilings, adding a natural and refined finish to the interior space
This project also reflects a strong commitment to sustainability, with the building targeting BREEAM Excellent standards. We’re proud to play a part in shaping this cutting-edge environment and look forward to sharing further progress soon.

We’re pleased to announce that GA Interiors Ltd has been awarded the drylining and fire stopping packages for a new residential development in London.
This £5.4 million scheme involves the construction of a three-story, concrete-framed building comprising eight apartments, two guest rooms, and communal areas, including a prayer room and solarium. The project will also feature external landscaping and drainage works.
We look forward to collaborating with the client’s design team.
Works are due to commence this September, with a 62-week construction programme.

This week, our team took that spirit to the pitch at the Vistry London Division 5-a-side Charity Football Tournament, held at the iconic Leyton Orient FC. The event brought together supply chain partners for an evening of friendly competition, community spirit, and most importantly, fundraising in support of Cancer Research UK.
