Project overview
The Norton Road site forms part of Wokingham Borough Council’s Local Development Scheme, part of the council’s Growth Strategy to shape the future of the borough and create places where people want to live, work and do business.
The development provides 13 new homes. GA Interiors worked for main contractor LIFE Build, starting on site in autumn 2018.
Our scope
GA Interiors delivered the internal and external finishing package:
- SFS and metal stud partitions
- Drylining using proprietary British Gypsum systems
- Insulation
- MF ceilings
- Plastering and tape and joint
- Fire stopping
- External rendering
Outcome
Norton Road is one of several residential developments GA Interiors has completed for LIFE Build, alongside schemes in Watford and Ealing, and LIFE Build has since provided a written reference for our work.
