GA Interiors Ltd have been awarded the contract for Phase 7 of the Rochester Riverside regeneration project, led by main contractor Countryside Properties. This ambitious project is transforming one of South East England’s most historic cities, extending Rochester’s city center and creating a vibrant, modern community with a strong connection to the area’s heritage.
We will provide key construction services for Phase 7 of the Rochester Riverside project. This scope includes providing steel framing systems (SFS), which form the structural backbone of the development, along with high-quality drylining to enhance internal spaces. We will will also perform screeding to ensure level flooring surfaces, apply rendering for durable, aesthetic exteriors, implement crucial fire stopping measures, and complete plastering work for a smooth, polished finish. Each of these elements will contribute to creating resilient, well-crafted homes that align with the project’s high design and safety standards.
Phase 7 of the Rochester Riverside development will deliver 154 new homes, including two unique house types designed to optimize space on the site’s narrowest plot. This phase builds on the design principles of earlier stages, connecting Rochester Riverside to the neighbouring Chatham Intra area and drawing on local architectural styles to integrate seamlessly into the existing masterplan.
The design for Phase 7 is the product of a comprehensive collaboration with Medway Council, the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA), and the local community.
GA Interiors Ltd is excited to contribute to this transformative project, supporting Rochester’s growth with high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
