We’re thrilled to announce that GA Interiors Ltd has successfully secured the SFS frame package, marking a significant step in our ongoing collaborations with Countryside Partnerships Partnerships and Vistry Group. This achievement underscores our team’s relentless commitment to excellence and hard work.
This project is set on a site previously utilised as a builder’s yard and owned by TfL. It’s part of TfL’s property company’s ambitious programme aimed at developing thousands of high-quality new homes across London, including affordable housing options. Our current focus, Barkingside Yard, promises to deliver 98 new affordable homes, enhancing the community with one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes across three distinct buildings, with heights up to five storeys.
Construction is on track for completion in 2025, and we’re excited to contribute to this transformative development.
